For standard models listed on this site, the minimum order is one export carton per model. For private label production with your own colour, logo and carton, the minimum order depends on the model and is confirmed at quotation.
Yes. Samples of standard models can be shipped for evaluation, and sample cost is usually credited against the first bulk order. For private label items, samples are produced to your specification and approved before the production run starts.
Standard models are usually ready within 15 to 25 days after order confirmation. Private label production with custom colour, logo and cartons typically takes 25 to 35 days, depending on quantity and packaging.
Telegraphic transfer and irrevocable letter of credit at sight are the standard terms. The deposit ratio and balance timing are agreed in the sales contract.
Yes. Electric models are supplied in 110V, 220V, 230V and 240V versions with EU, UK, US and AU plugs. Three phase 380V is available for the rail bridge cutter. Tell us the destination market at enquiry and we quote the matching configuration.
Yes. Scoring wheels, rubber suction pads, diamond blades, water pumps, switches and batteries are stocked as spare parts. OEM and ODM branding covers colour, logo printing, cartons, manuals and packaging inserts.
