A Hardware Workshop That Grew Into An Export Supplier
CutileTools started as a hardware workshop making manual tile cutters for domestic building material distributors. The brief was specific: a rail that stays straight after a year of site use, a scoring wheel that holds its edge on porcelain, and a breaking carriage that does not drift on large format tiles.
That focus shaped how we work today. Aluminium rails are CNC machined and anodised in-house, motors and electrical assemblies are tested unit by unit, and diamond blades are brazed and tensioned to a written specification, so every model can be traced back to the components and test records behind it.
Export business followed as overseas dealers asked for the same tools under their own brand, their own plug standard and their own carton. Today we build to customer specification, print private labels, adapt voltage and plug options per market, and pack for container shipment to the buyer's port.
Our Purpose
To keep tilers working by supplying tools that cut straight, handle heavy slabs safely and arrive with the documentation the destination market requires.

How The Plant Developed

2009
Workshop established

CNC machining and anodising of aluminium guide rails moved in-house, giving direct control over straightness and carriage fit.

Electric tile saw line launched
Portable wet saws, bench machines and rail bridge cutters added, with a dedicated motor assembly and electrical test area.

CE certification and European market
Electric models certified to CE requirements, opening distribution in Western and Southern Europe with matching plug and voltage options.
2021
Diamond tool production line
Vacuum brazing and hot pressing capacity added for diamond blades and core bits, completing the cutting consumables range.
2025
Global distribution network
Distribution partners active in 52 markets, supported by private label printing, regional plug standards and spare parts supply.
Equipment And Inspection On One Site
Rail machining, anodising, motor assembly, diamond brazing and testing are carried out without leaving the plant, which keeps batch records complete.

Incoming Components
Motors, bearings, aluminium profiles, scoring wheels and rubber pads are verified against specification. Components without matching documentation are held and not released to the line.
In-Process Assembly
Rail straightness, carriage play, scoring wheel alignment and motor torque settings are checked at each station. First-piece inspection is repeated after every tooling change.
Outgoing Inspection
Cut tests on porcelain, electrical safety tests on electric models and load tests on suction units are sampled per lot, and the report is filed with the shipment number.
Records Available For Every Shipment
Certificate copies, electrical safety records and material test reports are issued with the shipment on request.
